ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL MASS POUR AT OAKRIDGE RE-DEVELOPMENT
September 2022
AMT's 10 crew technical team arrived ready at 5 a.m. on Saturday, September 24 prepared for another mass concrete pour - 4,400 m3 raft slab. Thanks to the experience and knowledge of our logistics team, 132 test cylinders were cast, with all concrete passing the initial test stages.

Since construction began in 2020, as our team continues to work together proudly and seamlessly with EllisDon and the owners QuadReal and Westbank on this iconic development.
​
The mixed-use development consists of approximately 4.3 million square feet above and below grade, including 14 towers and office space with several parkade levels accommodating over 5,200 vehicles.
AMT'S TEAM GETS READY FOR ANOTHER TWO NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN WESGROUP'S RIVER DISTRICT

The excavation is complete and the first concrete pour will soon be in place for the Ardea Project and Parcel 14.

We have been working with Wesgroup on the River District development since 2019. So far, The Paradigm, Mode, and 3 Town developments are now complete.

The AMT team came prepared for yet another Anthem development.

Mazyar Rastbin, President & Founder, enjoyed the contractor's lunch at Anthem's SOCO development in Coquitlam.

The project will include five towers, ranging from 23 to 44 stories in height, plus a six-story rental building.
​
